Q. Can I order large numbers of items from 'Print to Order?
A. Yes! We would be delighted to take orders for your item(s), large, or small numbers, providing enough lead time is given before your event.
Can I order chocolate from your website?
A. At the moment we do not have this facility, all chocolates can be bought from the online stores listed on this site.
Q. Can 'Print to Order' print special requests such as logos or names?
A. Yes! Definitely! if you would like a logo printed for your company, all we need is your own file in an STL format. We can print any name or message you would like 'in-house'. Ideal for specialised chocolate gifting!
Q. Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi?
A. Yes! Presently we deliver our 3d chocolate printers to all Emirates. We will consider delivering to the MENA region, and beyond, sometime in the future.
Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. Unfortunately the answer is yes! Nobody likes to pay delivery charges, however we do try to keep these to an absolute minimum. It would be easy to do the same as other companies, add the delivery costs to the product price and deliver 'free shipping'. That would be window dressing, because naturally this service does cost money. Our billing clearly shows what you will pay for delivery.
Q. What do I get if I buy a mycusini printer?
A. There are three options.
The Starter Package for mycusini® 3D Choco® printer includes mycusini® 1x stainless steel cartridge, 1x mycusini® silicone mat, a removable production plate, micro SD card with USB adapter, tweezers, mycusini® 3D Template overview, 1x mycusini® 3D Choco Dark and free access to mycusini® Club.
A free 2 hour training session is also included.
The Comfort Package mycusini® mycusini® 3D Choco® printer includes 2x mycusini® stainless steel cartridges, 3x mycusini® silicone mat, removable production plate, micro SD card with USB adapter, tweezers, mycusini® 3D Template overview, 3x mycusini® 3D Choco Dark and free access to mycusini® Club.
A free 2 hour training session is also included.
The Premium Package mycusini® mycusini® 3D Choco® printer includes 2x mycusini® stainless steel cartridges, 3x mycusini® silicone mats, removable production plate, micro SD card with USB adapter, mycusini® 3D Template overview, 2x mycusini® 3D Choco Dark, 1x mycusini® 3D Choco White, 1x mycusini® 3D Choco Pink, 1x mycusini® 3D Choco Blue, 1x mycusini® 3D praline filling trial set (4 different fillings), 1x mycusini® 3D Recipe book, 1x mycusini® Stainless steel tweezers, Gift box Butterfly (4 pieces) and free access to mycusini® Club.

Q. Can I add my site to 3dCH?
A. Yes! We would love to add not only premium chocolates, but also chocolates tailored for specific dietary requirements, chocolatiers, manufacturers, equipment specialists, and hidden gems with no on-line presence. Your chocolates must share the same values of Fairtrade and sustainability, always putting farmers and their workers first.
Q. Do provide training for mycusini and procusini?
A. Yes! We have individual and group workshops available for all those who are just curious or want to gift their chocolate creations. For those who wish to buy a machine, training is included.
Q. I have a small chocolate company in Ajman, specialising in Halal Chocolates. I don't have my own website yet. Can you add me to your site?
A. Yes! Of course! As long as your chocolate is sourced ethically and shares the same values of Fairtrade and sustainability. We'd love to have you on board!
Q. What is the minimum order for 'Print to Order'?
A. This is a difficult question to answer as it is dependent on the order and specification. However, generally speaking, it should be no less than AED100.
Q. I am a pastry chef. Do you have any vacancies?
A. Unfortunately, no! You will have to apply to some of our chocolatiers or academies. Sorry! Good luck in your search!
Q. I am an amateur home baker, but particularly interested in creating my own chocolate designs. Can you tell me if there are any short professional courses I could take in Dubai?
A. 3dCH has an Academies page with four training providers offering chocolate training courses.
